Shipping Policy

Stündenglass ships to customers in the United States from our St. Louis, Missouri warehouse. Here is how it works.

Where we ship

This store ships to the 50 states, Washington, DC, Puerto Rico and American Samoa, with these exceptions:

We do not ship to Utah.
We do not ship to APO, FPO or other military addresses.
We do not ship to other US territories or outside the United States.

Shopping from Canada or Europe? Please use our Canada store or EU store.

Shipping rates

Live rates: USPS and UPS rates are calculated at checkout from your address and your order. You choose from the options shown.
Free shipping: orders of $420 or more ship free anywhere we ship, including Alaska and Hawaii. The $420 is your order total after discounts, before tax and shipping.

Adult signature

An adult signature is required for delivery. You must be 21 or older to buy from Stündenglass, and someone 21 or older needs to be there to sign for the package.

Processing time

Order processing takes 2 to 5 business days before your order leaves our warehouse.

We email your tracking number when your order ships. If you can't find the email, check your spam or junk folder.

Carrier delivery estimates start once your order leaves our warehouse. Carriers sometimes miss their estimates, and we can't refund shipping costs when that happens.

Changes and cancellations

Changes: for security, we can't change a shipping address or edit an order once it has been placed. Please check your address at checkout.
Cancellations: ask us to cancel before 1:30 pm Central time through our contact form or at customerservice@stundenglass.com. We do our best to honor these requests, but we can't guarantee them.
After processing: if your order has already been processed, you can refuse delivery or return it under our Return Policy.

Damaged packages

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something was damaged in transit, don't use it. Contact us with photos of the damage inside the original packaging and photos of the damaged packaging. See our Warranty for details.
